About the role:

Customer Success Engineers are critical to every step of the customer experience β€” from demoing, to ongoing support, to producing high quality technical β€œhow-to” content.

You will be on our front line, talking with customers and developers, building relationships, and making their experience the best it can be!

You will be the expert on our products and main point of contact between our engineers and customers. You will spend your time communicating with tech-savvy customers. Diving into issues. Creating and improving our help and developer content.

This role is best suited for someone who is technically-minded, empathetic, passionate and loves solving problems under pressure.
